Crazy Mike's 2015, The new Mike's!

 

2015 will go down as one of the most productive and most rewarding years up to date.  Here are some of the reasons for Crazy Mike's success in 2014:

 

• Crazy Mike's management restructured our store and created exciting new merchandise displays. 

• We brought in AR 15 and AK 47 Parts, Every thing but the lower reciver.

• We remodeled our store with the customer in mind.

• Crazy Mike's management staff also introduced some nice new products in 2014.

• Our employees placed a higher emphasis customer satasafction.

• Crazy Mike's found Sticky Holsters at the 2013 Shot Show, Attends every year to find the best and most innovative products for our customers. Hunting, Prepping, Fire arm parts, Camping to name just a few.

• Towards the end of 2014, Crazy Mike's management staff began to research the feasibility of introducing a new web page platform.  This upgrade will be fully implemented by the fall of 2015.  The typical customer will not notice many major changes to the front end of our site, since the big improvements will occur on the back-end.  In short, this new web page platform will empower our staff with better technology and improve our customer service.  We will be able to do much more using less time and effort.

 

In 2015 we will have a new web page, E-Bay/Amazon stores, And on line retail.  This was all possible due to superior customer service which is a byproduct of outstanding human resources.  At Mike's we realize that bricks, mortar, equipment and computers will not make our organization great.  What makes an organization great is talented people who sincerely care about customer service and seeks to find creative and innovative ways to apply their skills.  Over the years, Mike's has been able to steadily improve its retail products and military surplus at the same time bringing in new vendors.  This explains why Mike's is still learning and growing after 5 years of operations.  Mike's is a tight knit team, and our people are what makes our organization one of the best military surplus retailing operations in the country.
